Returns

Returns will be accepted within 6 weeks of delivery. Products must be unopened and unused in the original packing. Returns for non-faulty products are at customers cost.

If the unlikely event your NailJealy product is faulty, please email returns@nailjealy.com for a returns reference. Once the faulty product has arrived at our Birmingham HQ, we will then reimburse your return shipping costs at the current Royal Mail rate.
